HI, I’M MIKE CHOU (DR.CLIMBERMIKE)!

I dislocated my shoulder when I was a teenager and it haunted me for 10 years because I didn’t rehab it.

My rehab cleared up my shoulder pain and instability in a couple months after I got serious about it. (I still wish I started sooner).

Now, I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I’ve worked with hundreds of climbers worldwide - boulderers, sport climbers, and trad heads alike - who were told to “just stop climbing” by

Do I have to be in pain to work with you?

Not at all! We also work with people who just want to move better, get stronger, and prevent injuries. Improving mobility, strength, and balance is always a good idea.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No need! You can come straight to us. If you’re dealing with pain or movement limitations, we can assess it and let you know if you should see another doctor or get imaging.

Why rehab online instead of in-person?

Our virtual model gives you 1-on-1 care with a specialist - from your gym or home. You also get ongoing support, form checks, and plan updates between sessions, not just during a single visit. We get better results this way because you’re guided through the entire process - not just seen whenever you’re able to make it to the clinic

Only shoulders?
